In my role as Business Development Director, my key focus is in providing strategic direction to business development, nurturing talent within Lifelink, and developing innovative solutions that deliver value for our clients and stakeholders. With an established network of contacts and strong long-term partnerships with key decision-makers, I bring a proactive approach to client relationship management that helps Lifelink to secure major contracts within the corporate space. 

Throughout my career, I've specialised in occupational health, EAP and counselling services, proactive health and wellbeing, private medical insurance, neurodiversity workplace solutions and optical surgical sales. Over the past 20 years I've developed experience in contract management, business development, senior management, marketing and new business contracted sales. I'm also passionate about health-tech and the benefits this can bring to businesses and across communities.
