Lifelink’s group work programmes are designed to help adults explore emotional difficulties and life challenges. Techniques to cope and deal with these issues are taught in a group setting. Personal development in mental and emotional management is supported, improving self-confidence and communication abilities.

Outreach Work

Short introductory workshops are used to engage people and groups of individuals who are suffering health inequalities or have additional difficulties which may usually prevent them from accessing stress and/or mental health support services. We often work with statutory and voluntary sector partners throughout Glasgow city. Different courses offered include;

ASIST Tune-Up (Who is this for?) ASIST Tune-Up is a half day refresher workshop only for people who have attended the full ASIST course previously. It is recommended that participants take this tune up
