Lifelink offers several different training courses and workshops, these will be targeted to the participatory group. The stress management course is designed to offer participants a more in-depth understanding of what stress is and how it can affect people’s thoughts, feelings and behaviour. From this we will introduce new ways to use relaxation, mindfulness and techniques which enable the individual to sleep better, take time-out and ultimately improve overall wellbeing and productivity.
Training can be provided for managers to help them identify stress in the workplace and know how and when to intervene. These skills can help to prevent employee sick leave and improve overall workplace productivity.
Our emotional literacy group helps individuals to recognise and identify emotional states, habits and attitudes – both healthy and unhealthy – thus ultimately building better working relationships.
