Following a successful tendering process Lifelink are delighted to have secured a role in one of only four test sites for the Scottish Government Pilot of a Distress Brief Intervention Service that aims to offer an “ask once get help fast” inter-agency response, support and problem solving service to people in distress.

As a result we are now looking to attract experienced Team Leaders and Support Workers to deliver compassionate problem solving and support services to a wide range of adult clients across North Lanarkshire.

DBI Team Leaders – up to 21hrs per week
Grade 4 (£21,500 to £24,000 pro rata – placement dependent on experience)

DBI Support Workers – up to 21hrs per week
Grade 3 (£17,500 to £21,500 pro rata – placement dependent on experience)
