One to One Counselling gives adults the chance to deal with personal and social issues in more depth, as well as the opportunity to develop skills, confidence and emotional resilience to face and overcome their own personal challenges and difficulties.
What is Counselling?
Counselling is an individual appointment with a Lifelink Practitioner in a safe and confidential environment. The counselling process is unique to each individual in their personal circumstances. It helps individuals to understand and manage feelings, thoughts, and behaviour, and supports the improvement of problem solving and coping skills to overcome your own personal challenges and difficulties.
What is Stress Management?
One to One stress management is an individual appointment with a Lifelink Practitioner in a safe and confidential environment. It supports you to understand how stress is affecting your life emotionally, mentally physically and behaviourally. It offers you the opportunity to work towards personal solutions to deal with the issues and problems you are facing, and to support yourself in these. An element of stress management may include therapeutic massage, mindfulness and relaxation.
