Our services offer vital support to individuals feeling stressed or unable to cope, whether this is a result of workplace pressures or external factors impacting on workplace performance. Our staff are accredited with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
We operate all of our counselling services within the guidelines of BACP and NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde’s counselling standards. As a multidisciplinary team, in addition to our skills in therapeutic counselling we are also highly skilled in delivering a variety of emotional resilience building group work/training programmes.
