Seasonal Stress Busters

Attend a one-off stress buster session teaching knowledge and skills on how best to manage and avoid stress at this high-pressured time of year. Our expert trainer will guide you through a series of tips and practical exercises to take home and use.This session is an ideal top-up or follow on from Lifelink’s full Stress Management and Relaxation courses, or alternatively feel free to drop-in for the first time to learn the basics of stress management.

Lifelink are offering the opportunity to access a one hour session in stress management and relaxation.

If you’re having a stressful week, feeling the pressures of the time of year or would simply like to take some time out, come along and take one hour to relax. This is not a course, but an opportunity to relax and remove yourself from the chaos, guided by one of our trainers.

These sessions are free and open to anyone who can attend.
