Donating to Lifelink

Lifelink gratefully accept donations on a one off basis or as a regular contribution. Donations can be made via our MyDonate page by clicking the button below.

BT Donate is a commission free platform, meaning all money that is donated comes directly to us – no fee or commission is taken by a third party, as is often the case with many other donation sites.

Any donations made to Lifelink will help us to continue providing essential mental health and support services to Adults and Young People living in Scotland.

Fundraiser Case Studies

Staff in Lifelink’s head office were more than a little surprised and absolutely over the moon on 5th October 2016 when two phenomenal fundraisers, Scott and Jerry popped in to present us with an extremely generous donation of just under £2,000.

Scott and Jerry had organised, unbeknownst to Lifelink, a charity football match at Partick Thistle Football Club and held a raffle as part of their event. The match was in memory of Scott’s brother, Thomas, who had completed suicide.

The match helped to raise awareness around mental health and suicide and encouraged other to ask for support around this sensitive topic. We are extremely grateful to these gentlemen and very impressed by the work it took to get this organised.

Nicole was a previous Lifelink client who contacted our service whilst experiencing panic attacks and depression. After attending six sessions with a one to one counsellor Nicole drastically reduced her CORE score (a clinical measure of mental well being) from a concerning high, to a much healthier number. Feeling inspired by the work Lifelink do and far more positive and confident in herself Nicole persuaded a friend, James, to join her in a skydive! Taking to the air on a frosty December day the wild pair jumped from a plane and succeeded in raising £730 for Lifelink. We admire their bravery and determination to complete this terrifying feat!
